Miracle Makeover on Blog Week is August 12-18th. Stop by and leave a comment and be inspired by the latest makeover story about two boys struggling and the room that is giving them hope and happiness.

This is a wonderful cause and all it will cost you is a moment of your time. Marydon explains it all on her site.

I love all of you for taking the time to come by here today and check on me. It has been a busy day trying to get things packed for Chrisit's move tomorrow.

Right now she is standing out in the rain begging for the kitties to come end to the mud room. hahahaha You should here her....kitttttieeeee kittteeee over and over and their under the car looking back at Christi like yeah right.  Something wet is falling all around us and you want us to run to you. No Way!

Yep friends you read the words right! It is raining!!!!!  After months of no rain we are having a small rain storm. I think I will sign off and play in the rain.  Nothing smells better than the fresh rain falling from heaven.

Now where are my pink slickers?

Sending love to all

Maggie

Hi sweet Maggie......glad you finally have rain...I know Texas has been burning up.

Scrolled down to your last post about lavender...I manage to grow it quite nicely in AZ....plant it in with my rose bushes and I have a fairly hardy crop each year.

If I can help with any questions in that regard....just let me know.

Will do, Maggie! And so glad you're getting a bit of rain, though I can just visualize Christi out in the rain calling the kitties! Enjoy...both an evening with your wonderful daughter and that lovely rain!

I've been over to Marydon's. It's raining here, too, but so glad it's raining in Texas!

Hugs and good wishes to you, sweet friend.

It's raining here too..that's what's it's done all the day long! I love the sound, the way it makes my grass so green, but not how it makes the roof leak more, the weeds grow back! Have a great week and I'll head over to the web site you mentioned.

Maggie, I do hope you are dancing as I type this. I can see you now.
I went to Marydon's just before coming here. What a wonderful story of a sweet boy's heart.
sending big hugs...

I was doing a happy dance when I saw it was raining in Texas. Yahoo.
We had a storm with high winds but I still gawked out the window as it came down.
Hope this is just the beginning for you all.

Just got back from the site you sent us to. He is surely an adorable child.

If you have rain, then maybe it is headed my way. I certainly hope so. I was promised 4 bushels of purple hull peas for today at a little truck garden about 10 miles away. I stopped and the lady said they probably won't have any due to no rain and the cows had broken in the pea patch and ate up a lot of vines. Made me laugh.

Have a super week.

Hooray for rain! We've had plenty around here thus making it easier to survive the few really hot weeks.

I've been over to Miracle Makeover. How wonderful!

Best,

I hope enough rain fell to give everything a good drink. I love lavender so I hope the shortage isn't everywhere.
