The Winner Is!

LuLu Kellogg come on down!  You won one of my mola's. I used the Random Generator and you were number 18. Not sure if I have one for Halloween but I could look. lol Congratulations LuLu and thank you everyone that entered. Wish I could give you all one.
Sorry it took me half the day to announce the winner but it has been one of those mornings.
I have good news and bad news. Lets go with the good first.
CSN contacted me about doing another giveaway for them and it is for a big amount so you don't want to miss that giveaway coming soon. They are the greatest supporters of us bloggers.
Bad news is I was not released to go back to work except for 4 hours a day and light duty only. I don't think the Sheriff will go for that but we shall see.
I so much appreciate all of you and your support so back to back giveaways is one small way to show I love you!
Maggie

Congrats to the winner! Lucky gal! I'm glad you are better even though it's only for 4hrs...but hey that's better than those hours being spent in bed..so improvement is here and more will come. Our bodies are such miracles..I see in them all day so I should know! But we tend to think they should do more than they are capable of and want to push them harder. Just take it easy and soon you'll be 100% again. Have a good weekend!

Kudos to the winner.

At least you are healing, Maggie, slowly but surely. That's what counts!

Congrats LuLu. You are a lucky winner.
I think the doctor's orders are probably all that you can handle right now. Can you or would you see about going on disability. Just take it easy if you do go back......we want you to continue to get better....because we care.

Congrats to Lulu, she's a sweetie. Will be anxious to see what Lulu does with it.

Well, at least the Dr. is saying you are doing somewhat better, so this is good news. Just take Miss Pearl in with your Drs. note & charm his britches off ... chuckle! Please do take care, Sweet friend.

Have a lovely PINK summer weekend ~

Hi Maggie, Congrats to LuLu I am so happy for you. Four hours is better then none and I know you really want to do more, but you don't want to go backwards after getting this far. It is so hard to be down when you aren't use to it. It seems like something is missing that you should be doing. A little bit more patience which is easier said and done at times which I definitely know about that is for another time. You take care and we will keep our fingers, toes, and everything else that we can cross that you get to go to work for 4 hours. Take care my friend. Your Missouri Friend.

Hi -
I love your header art, the colors, medium, and subject. Are there others in a series or just that one? You have some great snapshots in your sidebar. Love looking at them all, especially the girlfriend ones. Thanks for visiting my blog.
My best- Diane

I praying they will find something for you to do so you can go back to work!
You asked me about some good books here are a couple. I just started reading the book "Crow Lake" by Mary Lawson. And I really like it.
Also I just finish "The Shadow of your Smile" by Mary Higgins Clark. It was real good!
Take Care,

Think a 4 hour work day limit is SMART. You have been flat on your back for a long time and might find even the 4 hours a grind. Boss may not like it but pretty sure he will have to take it. Please don't rush it Maggie.

Congrats to LuLu! I'm sorry you didn't get to go back to work fully, Maggie, but I'm sure your body is happy about it. You'll get there, you just don't want to push it and set yourself back either.

Great news Maggie, oh yeah of little faith, with all the prayers going out for you, and with God in control and if it is his will....... how could the sheriff say no.............

I think 4 hours is a good start,,, hope sherif goes for it.. you need to start back slowly.. can't believe its been so long.. hope you are healing and getting stronger on your own too! with all the swimming pool therpy (wink)

I have never seen Molas before...really different and interesting colors!
Four hours a day? Sounds like a good start. You have been out of it for long enough, they should start you slow. 'Flying a desk' as it were. Don't your officers have a union or association that will help you with that?
How are you doing, getting off the pain meds?
Hope you are getting back to your old sweet self.

Hi Maggie Sweetie...
Congratulations to sweet LuLu. I am so thrilled for her. I can't wait to see what she does with it. She is so darn creative.

Now, about this 4 hours a day thing. We are not asking the sheriff sweetie...We are praying to God. He will see that the sheriff allows this. We are taking no less than YES for an answer. I will be holding you up in prayer sweetie. We are going with this one. You and Ms Pearl stick to your guns.

I am trying to get out and about more. It has still been hard for me. I post every few days and then try to visit as many blogs as I can. I don't have a laptop and my one leg is in a bad way, so forgive me if I don't get over as much as I should. I try to come home, get our dinner done, answer a few emails and go and get my legs up. This is a whole other issue. One day at a time, and I have turned the situation over to God. I still have no voice to speak of. A little mouse voice, so I am still under NO TALK orders. LOL on that one.

I pray you are getting stronger each and every day. Smile and push forward. What was it you told me? Put your big girl panties on. We are strong and we are survivers. We will get through this.

I love you sweetie. Have a beautiful day tomorrow. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Well just look at you brightening up Miss Lulu's day! Congratulations.

Sounds like a desk job to me girl! Ya'll take care of yourself and know my prayers are still with you.

God bless ya and have a glorious day sweetie!

Please say a little prayer for me...I'm still havin' active shingle breakouts...sure no fun in this heat! We're in our third week of over 100 degree weather, now ya'll throw some hot flashes and sweats on top of that...guess that makes me one hot farm chick. Heeehehehe!
